The 2006 ZX-10R wasn’t the most popular of generations as it was a bit fatter and less wild than the original ZX-10R, and its underseat pipes earned it the unfavourable nickname of ‘the wheelbarrow.’ But against all odds, Chris Walker won a very wet race on the ZX-10R at Assen in 2006 and brought Kawasaki their first litre bike race win.
